  • Two-way CRM sync (HubSpot, Salesforce) on one provider-generic OAuth layer, which later carried Google and Microsoft mail, calendar and cloud storage.
  • Shipped the reporting side: a query engine over 20+ datasets, a drag-and-drop dashboard builder, and click-through from a chart to the records behind it.
  • Brought our LLM assistant into Slack and Teams on the same agent as the web app, with every write gated behind human approval.
  • Cut one production query from 8.45s to 1.3ms by getting PostgreSQL onto a partial index instead of a 4-million-row scan.
